Returns and Exchanges

We at Alessandra Mackenzie want to ensure your complete satisfaction.


If you for any reason are not completely satisfied, we will accept your returns within seven (7) days after your delivery date provided that all merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of final sale items and cannot refund shipping charges.

To return an item, please contact us at hello@alessandramackenzie.com and tell us your order number, the items you are returning and the reason for return. We will send you a complimentary return shipping label. Please use this label on a securely resealed box.

If you choose not to use the enclosed return label, please make sure the package is insured and sent by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will process your refund within five business days and will notify you by e‑mail. Please note that your credit card company may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account.


We are happy to exchange an item for one of a different color or size, or for a different item, within seven days after your delivery date. Please contact us at hello@alessandramackenzie.com with your original order number and the item you want in exchange. Return your original item as noted above.

Upon receipt of your package, we will send out your new item within five business days and either charge or refund your credit card any difference in the sale price. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
