Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For Next Day Air delivery, orders must be placed before 12 noon EST. We will notify you by e-mail of any delays that may arise because of availability or otherwise.

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.


We offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Next Day Air (no Saturday delivery) for $65;
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (no Saturday delivery) for $35;
  • UPS Ground (5-7 days) on orders under $250 for $15;
  • UPS Ground free of charge on orders over $250; and
  • UPS Standard to Canada for $35.

All packages are insured for the value of the contents and require a direct signature from the recipient. We are not currently able to ship to post office boxes.

Order Tracking

We will provide you by e-mail with a tracking number once we have processed your order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at hello@alessandramackenzie.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

We cannot be responsible for refused shipments. If any shipping or other charges are imposed because a package is refused, those charges will be subtracted from any refund due.

International Shipping

For any shipments outside of the United States, please contact us at hello@alessandramackenzie.com.


All prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards but do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Transactions will be charged to your credit card once we have confirmed stock availability, verified your credit card details and received credit card authorization.

Applicable sales taxes will be charged on all orders shipped to a New York State address.


If you for any reason are not completely satisfied, we will accept your returns within seven days after your delivery date provided that all merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of final sale items and cannot refund shipping charges.

To return an item, please contact us at hello@alessandramackenzie.com for a return shipping label, securely seal the box and drop it off at your nearest UPS store. Our mailing address for returns is:

If you choose not to use the enclosed return label, please make sure the package is insured and sent by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx.

Upon receipt of your package, we will process your refund within five business days and will notify you by e mail. Please note that your credit card company may require additional days to process and post the refund to your account.


We are happy to exchange an item for one of a different color or size, or for a different item, within seven days after your delivery date. Please contact us at hello@alessandramackenzie.com with your original purchase order number and the item you want in exchange so that we can hold it in reserve. Then return your original item as noted above.

Upon receipt of your package, we will send out your new item within five business days and either charge or refund your credit card any difference in the sale price. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge by UPS Ground.
